Niseko Hanazono Snow Report 20.02.09

Yesterday was awesome The crew and I had first tracks in some amazing waist deep powder Snowfalls were on and off last night freshening up the base for today Temperatures were zero overnight and the terrain is dry and powdery South easterly wind conditions today should see most lifts spinning this morning with a possibility of some closing this afternoon with winds reaching 50km hr The Stomping Ground Terrain Park should open by mid morning We should see a minimum of 9 with a maximum of 0 degrees at the base Wind chill will bring temperatures down to -18 The lower runs will have better visibility today Going back country carry required safety gear and for detailed information on today s avalanche and gate status check with patrol and lift stations
